• reschedule or cancel appointment 24hrs before timed appointment
• i charge a 65% fee for any no-shows/no calls.
• 30% fee for last minute cancellations 3 hrs before timed appointment.
• morning appointments must be cancelled night before morning of will be charged cancellation fee
